Oversight Body: Not state regulated as of our most recent info.
Licensing Contact: Not state licensed as of our most recent info.
However, many county and city specific license requirements exist.  Check with your local county or city health officials.  North Dakota Regional Health Advisors is a good place to start.
Legislative info available on this site: None
Most recent legislation: There was recently some verbiage regarding creating some standardized administration of tattooing in North Dakota.  From the recent newsletter:

"The State Department of Health Preparedness Division is proposing the placement of a Regional Environmental Health Practitioner in each of the...regions in North Dakota. Responsibilities or program priorities identified include...tattoo parlor/body art regulation/inspection."

We'll keep an eye on this situation as it develops.
