By purchasing a vendor booth for the SPCP Convention, the vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Vendor Packages
Vendor participation is offered in the following formats:
Basic Vendor Package
1 Table in the Vendor Hall.
1 Convention Pass (does not include Cocktail/Networking Party access).
Opportunity to add promotional products or flyer to convention swag bags
Premium Vendor Package
2 Tables in the Vendor Hall.
1 Convention Pass with access to Cocktail/Networking Party.
Opportunity to add promotional products or flyer to convention swag bags
(Passes are in addition to any presenter ticket if applicable)
Deluxe Vendor Package
2 Tables with a larger vendor space suitable for demonstrations.
2 Convention Passes with access to Cocktail/Networking Party.
Opportunity to add promotional products or flyer to convention swag bags
30-minute Vendor Spotlight Presentation during the convention schedule.

2. Vendor Space & Setup
Vendor table assignments and placement within the Vendor Hall are determined solely by the SPCP Convention organizers.
Vendors are responsible for:
Setup and teardown of their display materials
Providing their own display equipment unless otherwise specified
Ensuring their booth remains staffed during Vendor Hall hours
Setup and teardown times will be provided prior to the event.
3. Vendor Conduct
All vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, speakers, and other exhibitors.
Vendors may not:
Disrupt presentations or scheduled convention programming
Use excessive noise, lighting, or demonstrations that interfere with neighboring booths
Display or promote products that violate industry regulations or local laws
The SPCP reserves the right to request modifications to any booth display or activity that may disrupt the event.
4. Vendor Spotlight (Deluxe Package)
Vendors with the Deluxe Package will receive a 30-minute Vendor Spotlight presentation scheduled during the convention program.
Presentation content must be educational or informative in nature and relevant to the permanent cosmetics or paramedical tattoo industry. The SPCP reserves the right to review presentation topics prior to the event.
5. Payments & Refunds
Vendor booth fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure space.
Vendor booth purchases are non-refundable. In the event the vendor cannot attend, booth spaces may be transferred to another approved company with written permission from the SPCP.
6. Liability
Vendors are responsible for the security and supervision of their own merchandise, equipment, and materials at all times during the event.
The SPCP, its staff, volunteers, venue, and event organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property, merchandise, or materials, nor for any personal injury or damages resulting from vendor activities, demonstrations, or interactions with attendees.
The Vendor Hall will be secured and locked after event hours each evening, and vendors may leave their table displays and materials set up overnight. While reasonable security measures will be in place, the SPCP does not guarantee the security of vendor property and vendors participate at their own risk.
7. Compliance
Vendors must comply with all venue policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
Vendors can not serve or sell any alcohol.
Any vendor failing to comply with these requirements may be asked to remove their booth without refund.
8. Agreement
By purchasing a vendor booth, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Vendor Hall Terms & Conditions.
