This membership is for
Apprentices and/or students in training. Technicians with under 3 years of experience or 100 hours of training. Enjoy the benefits of a Professional member, including access to the members' portal and ongoing education opportunities.

To qualify for Associate Member you must be:
+ An apprentices and/or student in training
+ A technicians with under 3 years of industry experience
+ A technician with under 100 hours of training.

+ Associate membership does not include; website technician listing, CPCP, Trainer or Supplier Membership.
+ Associate membership is only available for a 3 year term. After 3 years you will be required to change your membership to a Professional Membership.

Certification with the SPCP
Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional
The SPCP offers a widely acknowledged and recognized primary board certification exam in permanent makeup (PMU). Applicants must qualify and pass the industry specific proctored exam. The Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) designation satisfies most USA State licensing, including New Jersey regulations.
Certified Paramedical Tattoo Professional
Certified Paramedical tattoo Professional (CPTP) is a board-certified examination for paramedical tattooing certification. Applicants must qualify and pass the industry specific proctored exam. The Certified Paramedical Tatoo Professional (CPTP) designation satisfies most USA State licensing, including New Jersey regulations.

Become an SPCP Approved Trainer
Enjoy recognition for your expertise and ability to educate and mentor others in permanent cosmetics. This role involves staying updated with the latest industry standards, techniques, and safety protocols, and contributing to the professional development of aspiring cosmetic tattoo artists.
