Other Considerations:
The tattoo artist license shall be issued upon proof of (a) having passed a written examination as specified in 1200-23-3-.06(3) and/or 1200-23-3-.06(2) and (b) having submitted an application with the appropriate fee and completion of a one year apprenticeship.
