Julie Michaud - Acting President
Julie is a 20+ year veteran who started her career as a freelance editorial makeup artist working the fashion and music scenes of NYC and Paris.
She’s fluent in French and has a flair for timeless, classic beauty.
Julie founded her first makeup studio in Boston, where she was introducedto PMU by Jocelyn DeVilleneuve, whom she trained under in Paris.
As Boston’s 1st licensed PMU artist in 2005, Julie is actively working with Massachusetts to standardize PMU regulations and elevate educational requirements across the state.
Julie is a lifetime member of the SPCP.
Vicki Hansen - Vice President & Treasurer
Vicki brings 32 years of experience to our industry and has worked with some of the top plastic surgeons in Texas. As a medical aesthetician, she has been teaching aesthetic procedures and permanent makeup for over two decades. Vicki customizes procedures for her clients, which include various brow styles and modalities, Eyeliner, PMU correction, 3D areola, skin needling, scar reduction & camouflage procedures. Her practice, Vicki’s Making Faces and The Studio for Advanced PMU education is located in Arlington, Texas.

Terry Lively - Communications Chair & Webmaster
Terry has been in the cosmetic and traditional tattoo industry for over 25 years. She served as a member of the Tina Davies Pro team for 2 years. She specializes in areola tattooing for breast cancer survivors, and is referred patients by over 15 surgeons in the South Texas area.

Saville Warren-Pena, CPCP
Saville Warren-Peña CPCP is a PMU Artist and Trainer in the states of Missouri and Kansas. She is a SPCP Trainer Member and received the highest CPCP score in 2021. Saville is also a former APP (Association of Professional Piercers) member, and a current APT (Alliance of Professional Tattooist) member. With her knowledge of traditional body art tattooing, body piercing, and permanent cosmetics, she has created an environment focused on aseptic technique and providing the safest environment for clients and students available.Opening her first studio in 2009 and her current studio The Vault Beauty Company in 2020, both of which are still in operation, shows a track record of her success.Being a studio owner that strives to build a successful team of artists, Saville and her staff were featured in the Springfield Business Journal for Female Leadership and was nominated for Top 40 Business Professionals under 40 in 2022. In 2023 she was part of a team that passed new PMU laws for the state of Missouri.
All of this has allowed her to build a successful and highly educated team.
With her longevity and success in our industry and her passion for developing strong PMU artists and leaders, being the Membership chair for the SPCP on the Board of Directors is a dream come true.She is excited to meet our members and encourage others to join the SPCP and to get involved with our many committees and in the industry.
Mikayla Brooke, CPCP
Mikayla is an award-winning tattoo artist, owning two studios, an academy, and supply company. She's dedicated to industry ethics and education. Her focuses are medical tattoo work, and body art.
Debbie Casson - International Chair
Hi, my name is Debbie Casson and I live in Christchurch New Zealand.
I joined SPCP early in 2015 and have attended conferences yearly since 2016.
In 2022 I joined the Board of Directors as the International Chair
I am proud to say that I am New Zealand’s most recognised Paramedical Tattooist specialising in 3D Areola Re-Pigmentation, working alongside New Zealand’s top Plastic Surgeons nationwide.
My passion is working with both men and women to give them the very best cosmetic tattooing experience.
I’m a mother of four, married and love what I do, and I want to help grow the SPCP internationally
