Carla Ricciardone

Carla is an artist, innovator, international speaker, judge, demonstrator, and perpetual student of her craft. As curator of naturally enhanced aesthetics for Cosmetic Tattoos, her techniques for modern cosmetic tattooing adorn clients from all over the world, delivering results powerful results. When they said, it couldn’t be done, she saw it another way.

Her modern and scientific approach has become the foundation for her signature work and innovations such as the Sculpted Color Theory Method and educational curriculums that Sculpted Studies.
With almost a decade of experience, she is a master of her art. Her methods and game changing innovations have started a revolution, including a four-year pigment project (EMBODY & ENHANCE), the Sculpted Pigment Series created in collaboration with Permablend.

She is also a business coach for beauty entrepreneurs and CEO of Sculpted Studios & Academy, with three locations in the USA and one in London.

Misty Patillo-Forsberg

Misty Patillo-Forsberg is a Certified Laser Operator, a Certified Medical Laser Safety Officer, a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Inc., and an instructor for the International Laser Academy. She has worked in the field of laser tattoo removal for over 10 years, and is the owner of Empire Détatouage in Quebec, QC where her business specializes uniquely in the service of laser tattoo removal.

Mary Ritcherson

Mary Ritcherson has been in the industry for over 20 years, specializing in machine nano strokes, also known as digital microblading. With thousands of procedures under her belt, her renowned hair stroke technique has gained her worldwide recognition throughout her career as a permanent makeup artist. She has traveled extensively (USA & Abroad) to teach her techniques to other technicians.

Mary will be presenting on "The Importance of Consent Forms & Addendums"

Mary will additionally be conducting a paid workshop on "Machine Nano Hair Strokes" . This workshop filled up quickly last year, so register early !

Melba Czosnowski

Melba Czosnowski, a Certified Permanent Cosmetics Artist, Esthetician, and Trainer Member of the SPCP, has over 17 years of experience in the beauty industry. She took her first PMU fundamentals course in 2010 and went on to establish Swan Consulting Permanent Cosmetics LLC in Glen Burnie, MD, in 2011. With a focus on eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips, Melba has performed over 10,000 permanent cosmetic procedures. She joined the SPCP in 2015 and became a trainer member in 2020.

From 2019 to 2021, Melba was the Membership Chairperson on the SPCP Board of Directors. She credits her membership in the SPCP with providing her career with a significant boost, and initially doubling her business volume within a year.

Melba will be speaking on "Tips & Tricks of the PMU Trade".

Shalyn Gamba

Shalyn is an experienced PMU artist and educator. She has been a valued member of the Tina Davies Pro Team for over two years.

She will be presenting on the art of mastering the pre-draw for nano brows and microblading. By teaching how to use your naked eye instead of mapping string, you'll be able to sketch hair strokes and create an intuitive blueprint when brow mapping, resulting in an ultra realistic brow for every type of client !

Stevey G (Steven Greitzer)

Steven Greitzer, professionally celebrated as STEVEY G, stands at the forefront of Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP), where his expertise has been shaping the industry for over a decade.

With 11 years of dedicated experience, he has earned a reputation for his hyper-realistic work, seamlessly blending artistry with his client's natural characteristics.

His career is highlighted by his creation of the first dedicated SMP machine and the development of 'Color Theory for SMP.' He has also introduced two influential ink lines, 'Reclaim' and 'Restore,' a collaboration with Perma Blend and Sculpted.

Recognized for his deep knowledge of SMP, Steven is not only an artist but also an educator and speaker.

A strong advocate for industry education, standards, and regulation, Steven serves as the Director of Innovation and Technology for the Crown International SMP Regulatory Board.
